Here are some bits of information to know while making your purchase.

Payment

The cloverfinancial.com.au website accepts payments through Stripe and PayPal. For more information on their privacy policy’s, click here for Stripe and here for PayPal.

Delivery

If you are making your purchase from the this website, we will aim to ship your product within 3 days of receipt of payment. The books ship from Melbourne, Australia.

We use Australia Post which will normally take between 3 – 10 business days for your product to arrive.

Postage outside Australia (including New Zealand)

Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders outside of Australia – hopefully soon though! For international orders, please visit our book page on Amazon.com.

Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged, please send us an image of the product and description to client.services@cloversolutions.com.au and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.

Returns/Refunds

RETURNS POLICY

This policy includes rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged or faulty we require notification within 2 business days from the time the delivery was made. Clover Financial will require evidence of the issue and may require you to return the item for assessment.

Before returning anything, you must contact Clover Financial Customer Support to organise a Return Authorisation to return an item to Clover Financial. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation.

All returns must be packed securely with cardboard or bubble wrap protecting the item, packed to prevent movement inside the package and ensuring the package is firmly enclosed.

Clover Financial is not obligated to accept a return for a change of mind.

If the postal address provided is incorrect there will be no refund or replacement.
