Is this right for me if I'm not quite at $100k yet?
The Million Dollar Conspiracy is built for founders who are already in the game at least two years in business and actively generating revenue. The conversations inside the room assume you’ve already proven your concept and you’re ready to scale it, not still figuring out what you’re selling. If you’re close to $100k but not quite there, don’t let that stop you from booking a call. The right fit is about where your head is, not just where your revenue is.
How much time do I need each week?
One live session per week for 8 weeks. That’s it. There’s no homework to chase between sessions — the work happens in the room, in real time, so you leave each week with actual decisions made and actions locked in. Most founders find 90 minutes a week is a small trade for the clarity it creates.
What if I miss a session?
The groups are deliberately small and the sessions are live because the room itself is part of what you’re paying for. That said, life happens! Every session is recorded and summarised so you never fall behind. We ask that you protect your attendance where you can, because the live conversation is where the real breakthroughs happen. But if something comes up, you won’t lose the thread.
What's your refund policy?
If the MDC turns out not to be the right fit, you can exit with 30 days notice and an admin fee of $650. We’d rather you make a confident decision going in than a stressed one on the way out. That’s why before you commit, we invite you to book a 15-minute call. We have also invited potential members to attend a session for free if you want to feel the room, meet the founders, and know exactly what you’re stepping into. No pressure, no obligation. If it’s not for you, you’ll know.
How is this different from a mastermind or online course?
A course gives you content to work through alone, on your own timeline, with no one holding you to it. A mastermind is mostly peer sharing with limited structure. The MDC is neither. You get a high-level curriculum built around the pillars of a $1M business — revenue architecture, cost control, premium positioning, CEO identity — combined with Phoebe’s finance-trained strategy brain in the room with you, and a curated group of founders who are at your level and will tell you the truth. The thinking and the implementation happen together, not six weeks apart.
What happens after the 8 weeks?
The sprint model is designed to be repeatable because your business will have more than one bottleneck. After your first 8 weeks you can roll into the next sprint, upgrade to the full year program, or join expert workshops and peer hot seats that run in between intensives. So far 80% of the original founders came back for a second sprint with a completely different focus — because once you fix one thing, the next thing becomes visible. That’s not a problem, that’s progress.
